Clubhouse Rental Request

Please complete and submit the form below to request information on renting the Grand Mission Clubhouse. Submitting the form below does not guarantee a rental on the date requested. You must be a Grand Mission resident in good standing to rent the facility. **Reservations can not be made more than 90 days on advance of your rental date. Please note that a clubhouse rental does not include pool access for any guest/residents. A minimum fee of $100 per hour is required for any clubhouse rental with a refundable $400.00 security deposit. Both fees are to be paid with 2 (two) money orders. Please note: Reservations are confirmed with an executed lease agreement and deposit.

Before your rental can be confirmed, you must complete and submit the rental contract along with payment at least 10 days in advance of your rental.  We can email the contract to you with your reservation. **Reservations cannot be made more than 90 days in advance of your rental date.
